1962 - 1964 St Albans School of Art
1964 - 1967 The Byam Shaw School of Painting and Drawing Dip.B/SA (London)
1968 - 1969 Bretton Hall College of Education near Wakefield. One year post-graduate teaching course leading to PGCE qualification.
1969 - 1972 Teaching at the Misbourne School Great Missenden. Attended UNESCO Art Teachers Conference in Coventry. Continued with painting and exhibiting.
1972 - 1975 Developing the schools art and museum loans for Wiltshire Schools Library and Museum Service, liaising with Salisbury and Devizes Museums and the education loan service at the American Museum near Bath and commissioning scale models for loan to primary schools in the county.
1975 - 2006 Bringing up three children, part-time work in different occupations including hospital work, shelving in a university art library and training in psychotherapy and counselling. Combining painting and exhibiting with other work.
2006 - Painting and exhibiting in the South West of England.
